Against the odds

Staff Nurse Jane Foster, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NeoNatal Unit, fills out the observation chart for Alexis Frazier, one of premature twins born Sept. 6, as the babies' parents, Mandy and Tech. Sgt. Barry Frazier, 100th Air Refueling Wing Legal Office, watch Alexis in her incubator. Her twin brother, Eric, in the left incubator, weighed 1 pound, 5 ounces at birth, and his sister weghed 1 pound, 3 ounces.
