Against the odds

This tiny foot belongs to Eric LeVon Frazier II, twin brother of Alexis Rain Frazier, born prematurely Sept. 6 at just 23 weeks and 3 days gestation period. The wedding band, belonging to Eric's father, Tech. Sgt. Barry Frazier, 100th Air Refueling Wing Legal Office, shows how small the babies are. Sergeant Frazier, and his wife Mandy, visit their twins every day at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. The twins due date was Jan. 1, 2009 -- they were born four months early.
