Against the odds
Eric LeVon Frazier II grips his mom's little finger as she puts her hand in his incubator to touch him. Eric and his twin sister, Alexis, were born prematurely at just 23 weeks and 3 days. Between them they weighed barely more than a regular-sized bag of sugar. Dad, Tech. Sgt. Barry Frazier, 100th Air Refueling Wing Legal Office, and mom Mandy, say they have been given outstanding support from the doctors and nurses at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, where the twins were born Sept. 6.
