Staff Sgt. Michael Limiac, a 39th Medical Support Squadron medical information systems technician, wraps his hands prior to a mixed martial arts training session Friday, Aug. 7, 2009 in the Fitness Center at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. Sergeant Limiac coordinates the workout sessions three times per week. Participants of all skill levels attend the workouts and train to build on their knowledge of the sport.
