Thracian Spring 10'
U.S. military jump wings lie ready for presentation to Bulgarian paratroopers who perform a static line jump with a U.S. parachute from a C-130J during Thracian Spring 2010 at Plovdiv Airport on April 28, 2010. Thracian Spring is an exercise composed of members from the Bulgaria defense forces and aircrew, maintenance, airfield management, aerial port, security forces, and logistics personnel from the 86th Airlift Wing and 435th Air Ground Operations Wing that combines their skills in an effort to build and strengthen the U.S. and Bulgarian Air Forces' bonds while improving interoperability between partner NATO nations.
