Distinguished Visitors for Ramstein AB are identified as Brigadier General (O-7) or higher, including U.S. Government or Foreign National equivalents.


Legislative Liaison Visits

This request is to coordinate CODEL and STAFFDEL visits to Ramstein AB or USAFE-AFAFRICA. The request should include detailed information about the visit.


Inspection or Audit Coordination

This request is to coordinate Inspections or Audits for Ramstein AB and HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA. The request should include detailed information about the inspection or audit, what is driving the inspection or audit.

Contractor Visit Requests

All corporations or small businesses that wish to solicit products or services to Ramstein AB Wings or USAFE‑AFAFRICA are required to submit a Contractor Visit Request.

 

Exercise Support Request

This request is to coordinate the usage of Ramstein AB and its resources to execute military exercises that are NOT directly tasked to Ramstein AB or the 86 AW in a SIGNED EXORD or TASKORD.


Conferences and Events at
Ramstein Air Base

86 AW is the approving organization for non-Ramstein entities that wish to utilize Ramstein AB for conferences, meetings, workshops, or other gatherings.
