Incirlik Air Base is a Turkish air force installation run by the 10th Tanker Command. The U.S. Air Force's 39th Air Base Wing, which is hosted by the 10th Tanker Command, partners with the TURAF on various operations and exercises. The Turkish General Staff and the U.S. Air Force signed a joint use agreement for what was then Adana Air Base in December 1954.
