Gen. Philip M. Breedlove, USAFE-AFAFRICA commander, sent winners and their wing leadership a congratulatory note. "Recognition as one of the best out of our ranks reflects outstanding commitment to our core values and our mission," he said. The USAFE-AFAFRICA 2012 12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year Award winners are: Airman of the Year: Senior Airman Lauren A.
