Frank Gorenc brief Secretary of the Air Force Michael Donley during his visit to Ramstein Air Base, Germany, June 18, 2011, about 603rd Air and Space Operations Center efforts during Operation ODYSSEY DAWN. The 603rd AOC served as the main hub for air operations and hosted a combined operation which included the 617th and 603rd AOCs along with 13 coalition partners during the Libyan missions.
