9/27/2012 - ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England - Col. Mark Ciero (left/middle), 48th Fighter Wing vice commander, explains airfield operations to Henry Cator (right/middle), Norfolk High Sheriff, at the air traffic control tower during a base visit Sept. 25, 2012. The Liberty Wing gave the High Sheriffs of Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk, along with their spouses, tours of the 48th Maintenance Group Propulsion Facility, 48th Operations Support Squadron, static aircraft displays and other locations to continue building partnership capacities with local community leaders.
