Lawrence Turgeon, right, and Senior Airman Michael Williams, 39th Communications Squadron ground radar maintenance technicians, unwind a strap on top of a weather radar tower July 27, 2012, at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. The Tactical Weather Radar was replaced with the new Portable Doppler Radar system, first in U.S. Air Forces in Europe.
