4/19/2012 - SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Left to right, Master Sgt. Thomas McGrew and Staff Sgt. Jesus Martinez, 52nd Civil Engineer Squadron power production technicians, and Steffanie Metzger, U.S. Air Forces in Europe hazardous materials and waste manager, talk about proper labeling and upkeep of secondary storage containers during an Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Compliance Assessment Management Program evaluation outside the power productions building here April 18. The week-long ESOHCAMP assessment gives the base an idea of how its compares to U. S. Air Force and host-nation regulations regarding environmental and occupational safety. This team is made up of 15 USAFE evaluators who assess Spangdahlem AB’s overall health. The base uses the results from the program to help become USAFE’s most environmentally friendly wing.
