4/11/2012 - SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – A moviegoer holds her admittance ticket before entering the Spangdahlem Skyline Theater here April 4 after a reopening ribbon-cutting ceremony. The theater had been closed for nearly three months for a $925,850 renovation and upgrade project to the facility and its systems. The money came from shared financial contributions between the Exchange and Spangdahlem’s Commander in Chief’s 2011 Installation Excellence award. This is the first Exchange theater in the world to have 3-D capabilities and full digital audio and video. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Daryl Knee/Released)

Great work Spang on winning best installation - kudos to you and your hard work. You definitely deserve recognition. On the other hand what a waste of money on something unnecessary. 3-D movies in times when we are pushing out people involuntarily and cutting weapons systems Whatever happened to back to basics
