FitFactor rewards youth for staying active

3/7/2012 - SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Senior Airman Frank Balingit, 52nd Force Support Squadron fitness specialist, explains the activities that will take place during the FitFactor X-Games event at the Spangdahlem Middle School here March 3. FSS Youth Programs sponsored the event to introduce and familiarize students and their parents with Air Force fitness and health initiatives. FitFactor is an Air Force-wide youth fitness and health program that challenges children age 6 to 18 to be active for an hour each day, eat right and make healthy lifestyle choices.
