3/2/2012 - Pilots from the 480th Fighter Squadron here board a bus headed toward a staging area for the squadron's F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft March 2 before departing for Anatolian Falcon 2012. AF12 is a weapons-training deployment geared to expanding and honing military interoperability between the U.S. and Turkish air forces. More than 250 Airmen and 15 aircraft will participate in the exercise, which involves air missions to include interdiction, attack, air superiority, defense suppression, airlift, air refueling and reconnaissance.
