8/18/2011 - Ms. Heidi Grant, Secretary of the Air Force International Affairs, shakes hands with Tech. Sgt. Danny Turner, 81st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, during her tour of the U.S. European Command's area at the Moscow International Aviation and Space Salon, or MAKS 2011, Aug. 17. MAKS is one of the premier events of its type in the world and Department of Defense participation demonstrates the United States commitment to international security, promotes international cooperation, and contributes to U.S. foreign policy objectives. The U.S. Air Force has a KC-10 Extender, two F-16C Fighting Falcons, two A-10 Thunderbolt II, one F-15E Strike Eagle, one B-52 Stratotanker, C-130J Super Hercules and C-5M Galaxy statics for the show.
