AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy --

Team Aviano members are no strangers to the rumble of F-16 Fighting Falcon afterburners. The 555th and 510th Fighter Squadron pilots perform routine training flights to ensure they are fully qualified and capable to support the 31st Fighter Wing mission – deter aggression, defend U.S. and NATO interests, and develop Aviano.
