In front of 400 wing personnel, 435th Air Base Wing Commander Col. Kurtis Lohide promoted two Airmen under the Stripes for Exceptional Performers Program, Jan. 20 on the Ramstein flight line. Promoted to the rank of master sergeant was Jimmy D. Scott, 435th Mission Support Squadron. Sergeant Scott is the NCO in charge of reenlistments and special action for the Military Personnel Flight.
