Gen. Tom Hobbins, U.S. Air Forces in Europe commander, presents a U.S. Air Medal Jan. 2 to Capt. Per Zesach, a Danish F-16 pilot who flew 27 combat missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from October 2002 to October 2003.
