COMUSAFE recognizes Allison Cosens during 86 AW Tower Ceremony

Gen. Tom Hobbins, U.S. Air Forces in Europe Commander, recognizes Allison Cosens, wife of 1Lt Lytton Cosens, and daughter Lauren, during a ceremony for the re-opening of the 86th Airlift Wing's air traffic control tower March 9. General Hobbins presented Mrs Cosens a coin for baking a cake in the shape of the tower.
