080429 - U.S. Air Force Gen. Roger Brady, Commander, United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE), presents Canadian officer David Edwards, with the rank of Capt on April 29, 2008. Capt Edwards is assigned to the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) as the ISAF Air Mobility Division Liaison Officer and is deployed from the 407th Squadron in Comox, British Colombia, Canada.
