Sgt. Gregory Carr, a satellite communications technician, as they set up an FL-1D lightall Feb. 13 in Accra, Ghana. RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany – U.S. Air Force members settle in here for a flight to Accra, Ghana, Feb. 12 in support of U.S. President George Bush’s visit to the West African country scheduled for the upcoming weeks.
