9/5/2012 - SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Lt. Col. Clinton Eichelberger, 81st Fighter Squadron commander, prepares to step into an A-10 Thunderbolt II on the flightline here Sept. 4, to take off for Ramstein Rover 2012 (RARO12). This month-long tactical flying exercise is held at and around Namest Air Base, Czech Republic. More than 15 nations are participating in the NATO partnership-building exercise, which will give each country the opportunity to share joint tactics, techniques, capabilities and procedures.
