MEDCEUR


 
MEDCEUR is an annual "in the spirit" of partnership for peace joint chiefs of staff-sponsored regional/multilateral exercise.
MEDCEUR provides training and operational experience to medical personnel from partner nations. It also validates the readiness status of USAFE's expeditionary medical support (EMEDS) through humanitarian assistance/disaster response and/or execution of foreign consequence management functional plans. Additional benefits include the interchange of medical information and techniques with partner-nation medical personnel.
MEDCEUR 2010 is scheduled to run Sept. 8-22. US personnel, along with Montenegrin participants and participants from 9 other nations will take part in all aspects of the exercise.
