Gen. Leo Marquez awards in the communications-electronics categories. The award winners are: Outstanding Field Grade Manager: Maj. Michael Almy, 606th Air Control Squadron, Spangdahlem Air Base , Germany Outstanding Company Grade Officer: Capt. Thomas DeAngelis, 31st Communications Squadron, Aviano AB , Italy Outstanding Civilian Manager: Avelino Ormonde, 65th CS, Lajes Field, Azores Outstanding Civilian Technician: Jerry Luhring, 422nd Air Base Squadron, Royal Air Force Croughton , England Outstanding Supervisor-Manager: Master Sgt. Rodney Amnotte, 422nd ABS, RAF Croughton , England Outstanding Technician-Supervisor: Tech. Sgt. Jason Clark, 100th CS, RAF Mildenhall , England Outstanding Technician: Senior Airman Michael Hartson, 422nd ABS, RAF Croughton The awards recognize base-level outstanding individuals involved in communications-electronics maintenance operations. Award recipients will now compete in the Air Force-level competition.
